Recognizable socks in green from the COPA Football brand. On these COPA socks Marco van Basten can be seen in the Dutch national team uniform in the semi-final against West Germany in 1988. In the semi-final, the Germans were beaten 1-2 by goals from Koeman and Van Basten. Van Basten and Jurgen Kohler can be seen on these casual COPA socks. After Jan Wouters passed on, Van Basten managed to promote the deep ball to a goal. The goal in minute 89 turned out to be the winning one. The COPA socks are produced in Italy and are made of 85% cotton, 12% nylon and 3% lycra.
