This is the Brazil 1974 World Cup Brazil retro football shirt from TOFFS. This retro shirt is based on the Brazil away shirt which was worn during the 1974 World Cup in West Germany. The Brazil retro football shirt is completely in blue and contains a white round neck and white trims. The left chest contains the logo of the Brazilian Football Federation (CBF) with three white stars above it. Material: 100% cotton.
During the 1974 World Cup, Brazil started the group with two draws against Yugoslavia and Scotland. The last game in the group was won 0-3 against Zaire. The Second Round started well with two victories, against the GDR and Argentina respectively. The match between the Netherlands and Brazil was in fact a semi-final, but in the event of a draw, the Netherlands would play the final. Brazil didn't want to just give away the 1970 title and drag the knives. Brazil had the better chances in the first half, but in the second half the Netherlands put things in order thanks to two goals from first Neeskens and then Cruijff. After the second goal, the Brazilians went all out and Luis Pereira was sent off after a nasty tackle on Neeskens.
